Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times will vary depending on your location:
- Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days
- International Shipping: 10-20 business days
Please note, unexpected delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays, customs procedures).
Preorders
For preorder items, please note that shipping times will differ. The estimated shipping date for preorders will be clearly stated in the product description. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will be shipped together when the preorder item becomes available. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
